Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We ship from Brisbane, QLD via our freight partner Transdirect. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 incur a flat rate of $9.95. Note: bulky and furniture items are excluded from free shipping — freight is calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
No, we offer delivery only. Local pickup is not available.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within Australia.
Products & Quality
Are the products brand new?
Yes, every product is brand new and in its original packaging. We are a clearance store selling genuine stock from well-known educational brands.
Why are the prices so low?
We are a clearance store. We research comparable products, find the lowest competitor price we can, and aim to set our clearance price at least 5% below it. The crossed-out amount is the comparison price recorded for that product; competitor prices can change after research.
What age range are the products for?
Our range covers early learning products for children from infants through to primary school age. Each product listing includes the recommended age range.
What brands do you carry?
Our range includes products from GuideCraft, Edx Education, TickiT, Viga, Commotion, and other leading educational toy brands.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
All sales are final. As a clearance store, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or doesn't match the description. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. See our Returns Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage (including packaging) and contact us at orders@earlylearningclearance.com.au within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Wholesale & B2B
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer volume discounts for childcare centres, schools, and educational businesses. Discounts range from 5% to 20% depending on order value. See our Wholesale page for details or email us at orders@earlylearningclearance.com.au.
Do you provide tax invoices?
Yes, we are a GST-registered Australian business (ABN: 66 632 013 006). A tax invoice is provided with every order.
