Returns Policy
All sales are final. As a clearance store, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or does not match the description.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@earlylearningclearance.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
We will assess and respond within 2 business days.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage (including packaging) and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
